Solid location near a bunch of restaurants and stores, making grabs for food easy. The bed offers comfort plus a mini-fridge helps keep your snacks cold. You can open the window a bit, which is a rare treat.

A few quirks put a dent in the experience. The shower control can feel like a game of hot potato—good luck finding that sweet spot without risking third-degree burns. Cramped rooms lack some expected amenities, like a closet, and some carpets show wear. Also, the fitness room is pretty packed with cardio machines but doesn't cut it for a solid workout session.

The bathroom was large and clean with good water pressure. There’s a Denny’s attached for quick meals. A fitness centre is also available for workouts.

Comfortable room, convenient location, well-maintained amenities including a fitness centre and reliable parking made our short stay wonderful, especially with the exceptional free upgrade to a kitchen unit that truly enhanced our experience.

We had a standard room with a queen bed. It was small but comfortable enough for a short stay. The bed was a bit firm, but I slept pretty well. The bathroom was spacious and stocked with towels, which was a plus. The blinds had some stains, though, which wasn’t great. Also, the sink had a crack. Overall, the room was clean, but it could use a bit of TLC. It was close to a Denny's, which was convenient for breakfast.

we loved our upgrade to a kitchen unit at sandman! the design features were fantastic. it made our stay so comfortable and convenient. the location is great, with lots of dining options nearby, and having a denny's attached was super helpful.

In my wife’s opinion, better soundproofing between rooms would really help with noise issues from neighboring guests.

I loved that I had a variety of dining options just a few steps away, including places like Jim's Pizza and Bangkok Kitchen, making it easy to grab a bite to eat after my city strolls, and the close proximity to Willoughby Community Park and the Pitt River Regional Greenway provided me with wonderful spaces to walk and unwind while enjoying the beautiful scenery.
